[Membership registration] You can sign up as a member by agreeing to the terms of use and privacy policy and filling in the form of registration items, and can use the service for free immediately after registering as a member.
You don’t have to enter all of the information needed to enter while placing an order. You always can participate in group purchasing and auction events. You also can take part in events and various discount events for members.
Information on Ordering
The ordering of goods is made in the following steps.
– Step 1: Product search
– Step 2: Put articles in a shopping cart
– Step 3: Member ID login or non-member ordering
– Step 4: Make out an order
– Step 5: Select a payment method and make payment
– Step 6: Ordering success screen (order number)
In the case of non-member ordering, please make a note of the order number and approval number (when paying by a credit card) in step 6. Those numbers are saved automatically for the members, so they don’t have to manage them separately.

Deliver costs: Conditionally free of charge: The delivery cost of 3,000 won will be added for the payment of less than 40,000 won.
Delivery period: Two or three days
Information on Delivery:
– If the destination is an island or isolated mountain area, payment of additional fee may be required.
Products ordered by customers are delivered after payment is confirmed. However, the delivery of the products may be somewhat delayed according to the type of the products.
Information on Exchange/Return
Cases where exchange and return are possible
– Within seven days after receiving goods. However, in case of home appliances, when the value of goods has been lessened as a result of the packaging being opened or damaged, the exchange or return is not possible.
– Within three months after the supply when the contents of those supplied goods and services are different from the indicated or advertised contents, and within 30 days from the day of acknowledgement of such a fact.
Cases where exchange and return are impossible
– Cases where the articles, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons caused by the customers. Except for cases where the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to confirm the contents of goods
– Cases where the product value is lost due to the packaging being opened or damaged
(Ex: Home appliances, foods, disks, etc. However, the return or exchange due to defective pixels of notebook computers, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc. with liquid crystal displays shall follow the standards of manufacturers.)
– Cases where the value of goods has notably been reduced due to use or partial consumption by the customers. Regarding cosmetics, etc., however, such a situation only applies to cases where any trial product is provided.
– Cases where the value of goods, etc. is too reduced to be resold as a result of the passage of time
– Cases where the packaging of copiable goods, etc. is damaged

※ In the case of the exchange or return after the customer changes his or her mind, the customer should bear the cost of returning delivery fees.

Information on Refunds
In the case of refund, the payment amount will be refunded within three business days after the return is confirmed.
In the case of the payment by a credit card, the credit card approval will be cancelled so that the payment won’t be charged.
(If the payment is made in accordance with the credit card payment day, the credit card company will refund during the credit card billing of the next month.)
Other Information
Period of Use
The points generated by the order are converted to points which can actually be used 20 days after the checking of delivery completion. For 20 days, the points are classified as unavailable points. Those unavailable points are points of orders which cannot be utilized for actual purchase in case of return, purchase cancellation, etc.
The usable points (total points-used points-unusable points) can be used immediately after buying goods.
Terms of Use
Regarding the use of points, the minimum number of points for purchase (the purchasable point requirement) is 1,000 points. Regarding the use of points, the maximum number of points for purchase (the maximum usable amount of points for one time) has ‘no limits.’
Conditions of Point Expiration
When an order is canceled/refunded, the points accumulated from the purchase are canceled together. In the case of membership cancellation, the points automatically expire. When there are no additional points accumulated for three years after the first day of point generation, the points also expire.
